On 10 January 2025 and 28 February 2026, two workshops on regenerative tourism were carried out in collaboration with Destination Fjordlandet and National Park Skjoldungernes Land as part of the N-B-Well project.

The workshops focused on how small and medium-sized tourism businesses can apply regenerative principles in practice and integrate them into their business development. Participants worked with concrete approaches to creating value through nature-based experiences, local engagement, and sustainable product development.

The sessions were led by Carina Ren, Researcher and Teacher from Aalborg University, who provided insights into regenerative tourism and its potential as a strategic development approach for destinations and tourism actors.

The workshops were developed and delivered in close cooperation with Destination Fjordlandet, and National Park Skjoldungernes Land, ensuring a strong local anchoring and relevance for participating SMEs.
